Delivery Information
Our standard £6.00 delivery charge is for U.K mainland only, this is with the exception of some areas in Scotland, and all places across water
Orders are shipped by Courier (www.dpd.co.uk) we dispatch daily for next day delivery, if a collection has already been made for that day your order will be shipped the following day. (Collections and deliveries are not made at weekends)
You will receive an email from the courier company to say when they will be delivering this will include a tracking number so that you can track the parcel on line at www.dpd.co.uk
Please make sure that if you do not receive the order within 2 days you contact us or the courier company immediately
If you do not contact them, the parcel will be returned to us. We are charged £6.00 for return of the parcel and a further £6.00 for re delivery if the parcel return to us we have to charge for these additional costs.
If you live in a flat of apartment where delivery might be a problem please consider using an alternative delivery address, maybe a friend neighbour, relative or a work address, but please inform us of any address change immediately as changing the address can be difficult after the order has been dispatched.
